How does Altus work?

Altus Power's community solar program works by applying solar credits to your electric bill. Each month, you will receive a bill from Altus, with your specific savings percentage listed in your contract. For example, if your contract is for a 20% discount, for every $1.00 solar credit applied, you will owe $0.80 back to Altus. You must pay both bills.
